Job Description
Position: Process Analyst – Customer Service

- Responsible for customer invoice generation, focusing on timeliness and accuracy for a specific customer set.
- Responsible for invoice generation and meter reconciliations needed for pooling customers.
- Review exceptions and identify solutions necessary for invoice generation in accordance with Base Billing policies and procedures.
- Process applicable system corrections and transactions on a timely basis.
- Partner with internal resources and customers to acquire necessary information for accurate billing.
- Provide professional and timely customer support by resolving logged billing inquiries and addressing invoicing questions.
- Contribute to a cooperative team environment to meet department deadlines and goals.
