Job Description
Position: Process Analyst – Billing
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer invoice generation, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Handle invoice generation and meter reconciliations for pooling customers.
- Review exceptions and find solutions following Base Billing policies.
- Process system corrections promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers for accurate billing.
- Provide professional customer support for billing inquiries.
- Contribute to a cooperative team environment to meet department goals.
