Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Prison Officer. The Prison Officer will be responsible for maintaining security and order within the prison. Duties include supervising offenders, conducting searches, inspections, and enforcing rules. Role located in Galle with some remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in prison or similar settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Training experience for staff and offenders
- Conflict resolution and managing challenging behavior
- Knowledge of prison policies
- Physical fitness and capable of demanding tasks
- Relevant certifications in corrections
