Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Printer Technician located in Colombo. As a Printer Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for printers and desktop computers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve diagnosing and resolving printer issues, installing and configuring printers, and providing support to end-users.
Qualifications:
- Printer Support and Technical Support skills
- Experience with printers and desktop computers
- Troubleshooting skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
