Job Description
Location: Nawala
We are looking for a Pricing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess the right aptitude and be willing to work towards a long-term vision, provided they demonstrate competence and trustworthiness.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the pricing team, ensuring effective coordination and efficient handling of pricing inquiries.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies for Air freight, Sea Freight, and Courier services in collaboration with import and export teams.
- Review and manage daily pricing inquiries, forward relevant requests to appropriate team members for quotation, and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Review jobs that were not performed, identify and address issues with sales heads, and conduct sales performance analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of pricing or logistics experience with a focus on air freight.
- Proven track record of team management and pricing strategy development.
