Requirements:
- Lead and manage the pricing team, ensuring effective coordination & efficient handling of pricing inquiries.
- Engage with import & export teams to develop competitive pricing strategies for Air freight, Sea freight, Courier services.
- Review & manage daily pricing inquiries, ensuring relevant requests are forwarded to appropriate team members for quotation from agents.
- Send pricing details & sales inquiries to the sales team, track the feedback on business prospects & ensure timely follow up.
- Weekly review of jobs that were not performed, working with sales heads to identify and addresses any issues.
- Conduct a breakdown analysis of individual sales performance to identify trends & opportunities for improvements.
- Lead second-round discussions on confirmed jobs to finalize pricing & ensure alignment with client expectation.
- Continuously assess & refine pricing processes to improve efficiency & accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing or logistics with a focus on air freight.
- Proven track record of team management & pricing strategy development.
