Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Presales Intern to join our company. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in presales activities within the software industry. As a Presales Intern, you will work closely with our experienced sales and technical teams to support various presales activities, including product demonstrations, solution presentations, and proposal development. You will have the opportunity to learn about our software products, engage with potential clients, and contribute to the overall success of our presale’s efforts.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong interest in technology and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the presales team in preparing and delivering product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Support the development of customized solutions and presentations based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support presales efforts.
• Assist in creating proposals, RFP responses, and other sales collateral.
• Participate in meetings with potential clients to gather requirements and provide product information.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.
• Assist in maintaining and updating presales documentation and knowledge base.
