Role Description
This full-time role involves supporting the sales team in identifying technical needs and proposing solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- Create customized proposals and solution architectures.
- Collaborate with sales team, handle RFPs, and build customer relationships.
- Develop product knowledge and industry trends understanding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, CCNA certified. 3 years experience required.
- Knowledge in Switching, Routing, WiFi, IP Surveillance, and IP-PBX.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Membership in IEE is an added qualification.
