Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Assist in creating detailed product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Conduct product and service demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, addressing client questions and concerns.
- Design tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with company offerings.
- Work closely with product development teams to stay updated on the latest features.
- Participate in technical discussions and negotiations with potential clients.
- Support the sales team in responding to RFPs and RFIs with detailed technical information.
- Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation by collaborating with post-sales support teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
