Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for a Linux and Windows Platform Engineer to join our team in Sri Lanka. Responsibilities include providing tech support, maintaining system integrity, and contributing to improvement projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide tech support for Linux and Windows servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
- Monitor system performance and conduct maintenance.
- Collaborate on IT projects and update documentation.
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of Linux and Windows support experience.
- Proficient in server administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
