Leading Multinational Company is looking for a Plantation Manager responsible for overseeing oil palm plantation operations to achieve optimal yield and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual work plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to sustainable practices.
- Lead, mentor, and train plantation staff.
- Manage financial resources and monitor performance.
- Prepare regular reports on activities and crop yield.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in oil palm plantations.
- Certification in Sustainable Agriculture is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and agricultural operations background.
