Job Description
Total Number of Openings: 1
- Receipt of necessary packaging materials for filling operations. Check availability of required quantities of packaging materials & pallets for production run.
- Inspection of tools & equipment for its good function & carry out machine running repairs with line team
- Set up filling machine and line up blend kettle / Finish product storage tank. Carry out line flushing as per instructions given by lead operator.
- Carry out daily production activities as per filling instruction and produce good outputs keeping safety of the team.
- Motivate the team and do pre job briefing on activities performing for consistent results. Ensure all use recommended PPE to the activity.
- Compile necessary information and data to complete production orders accurately.
- Reconcile and return remaining packaging materials back to stores.
- Carry out routine maintenance with production line team
- Support maintenance to carry out and break down maintenance
- Produce quality output by meeting the consumer expectation in a safe manner
- Identify and assess hazards prevailing while performing the activities
- Understand products, Base oil grades, flushing requirement, quality measures in a production line.
- Alert on filling line performance throughout the operations and ensure accurate recording of OEE data for packaging line.
