The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Plant Engineer to ensure the efficient operation of our plastic products manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with departments to meet production goals
- Troubleshoot various machines
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Optimize energy usage and reduce costs
- Identify bottlenecks and enhance production
- Address customer complaints and improve product quality
- Conduct process FMEA and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Lean manufacturing experience and knowledge of Industry 4.0
- 2-5 years in manufacturing, preferably in plastics
- Expertise in blow molding and injection molding
