Job Description

What you would be doing:

• Ensure a safe working environment at the Liquid Plant premises.
• Maintain asset readiness according to production plans.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for plant and machinery.
• Manage NPD from ideation to commercialization.
• Drive water sustainability efforts through FBL.
• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure plant hygiene and food safety.
• Review process and machine risk assessments.
• Ensure H & S standards are followed.

Here is what we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering field.
• 4 years’ experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food industry.
• Technical knowledge of milk processing.
• Ability to read P & ID diagrams.
• Knowledge of CAD software and equipment safety standards.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and implementing solutions.
• Continuous Improvement competencies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management.
