Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies; manage cash flows, budgets, and financial optimization.
- Coordinate third parties for property portfolio management and handle service provider renewals.
- Obtain and compare supplier quotes; manage purchases, pricing, investments, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Recommend improvements for financial performance and efficiency. Assist with financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis; propose corrective actions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Xero, and financial management software.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; adept at problem-solving and strategic planning.
- Excellent analytical, financial planning, and budgeting skills with a high level of integrity. Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO.
Qualifications:
- BSc in finance, accounting, business management, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ Years Professional Experience.
- Strong finance-based analytical skills.
