Responsibilities:
• Create and implement systems in marketing, lead generation, HR, and finance.
• Prepare marketing material and publish advertisements.
• Manage phone lines with good etiquette.
• Facilitate payments to official and personal stakeholders.
• Assist the Managing Director with miscellaneous tasks.
Skills:
• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Attention to detail and integrity are crucial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
