Job Description
Asia Pacific Technology Systems (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s calendar and appointments.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal/external parties.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality and assist with personal tasks.
Project Assistance:
- Support CEO in managing key projects and conducting research.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
