Role Description
Full-time on-site role as a Personal Assistant at Apeiro (Pvt) Ltd in Nugegoda. Responsibilities include managing appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, correspondence, records, and calls for clients’ management.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in appointments, emails, administration, and bookkeeping
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office, Teams, and other office platforms
- Handling calls professionally
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective interpersonal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
