Job Description
The Job:
- Lead the strategic scaling and optimization of our performance channel mix including Meta, Google (Search, Shop, PMax, YouTube), CTV, and Affiliate, while managing a $15M+ budget.
- Guide analysis and optimization of digital marketing channels, creative testing, landing page optimization, bid strategy optimization, and more.
- Partner with CRM Team to drive efficient CAC, Lead Generation-to-Lead Conversion performance, and LTV:CAC ratio.
- Own weekly, monthly & quarterly performance reporting.
- Optimize digital product catalog/Product Feed for major platforms.
- Develop strategies for testing new acquisition and retention channels.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- 5+ years experience in performance marketing.
- Experience in digital acquisition and retention channels.
- Strong analytical skills and track record of hitting growth targets.
- Must work in CT or EST.
