Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and other digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics such as ROI, CPA, and CPL.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reconciliation for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and product to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar are highly desirable.
