Job Description
- Develop and execute P&C strategies, policies, and practices aligning with the company’s vision and mission.
- Oversee employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring engagement and motivation.
- Manage employee relations, compliance, and cost elements within budget.
- Analyse P&C metrics for decision-making and maintain the company’s brand.
- Establish strong relationships, stay updated on industry trends, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree from a recognized university, MBA/MSc preferred.
- Minimum 10 years HR experience, 3 years in a similar role, with Software industry exposure.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and marketing/branding understanding.
- People-first approach, stakeholder management, organizational, and compliance skills.
