THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic P&C Executive to support our HR team in the day-to-day operations of the hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including employee records management, compliance, recruitment, event coordination, and risk management.
YOUR PROFILE
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage various HR functions efficiently.
- A proactive approach with a passion for fostering a positive work culture.
