JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Payroll
- HR & Administration experience
- Professional qualifications in IPM/HR
- Must have excellent communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills in both Sinhala & English (written & oral)
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently
Salary Range: Approximately 140K – 180K (Consolidated). Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
