We are hiring for the position of Payroll Executive at our reputable organization located in Colombo 04. If you have a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management and 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in handling payroll, compensation & benefits.
- Knowledge of EPF/ETF registrations and claim processes.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Process EPF/ETF registrations for new employees.
- Handle offboarding process.
- Prepare HR-related reports.
