POSITION: Senior Pattern Maker
LOCATION: Colombo, Sri Lanka
SALARY: 150,00LKR – 225,00LKR Gross
OVERVIEW: Career141 is seeking an experienced Pattern Maker to join a leading apparel manufacturing company in Colombo. Responsibilities include creating precise patterns for sportswear and outerwear, ensuring quality production.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and create accurate patterns
- Collaborate with designers
- Perform fittings and adjustments
- Utilize pattern making software
- Conduct quality checks
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Ensure adherence to production timelines
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile/Pattern Making
- Minimum 3 years of pattern making experience
- Experience in sportswear or outerwear
