Job Description
A Pasta Factory Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that the pasta produced meets the company’s quality standards and adheres to food safety regulations. Their duties include monitoring production by visually inspecting pasta, taking samples for testing, and maintaining quality control equipment. They also maintain standards, report issues, and ensure food safety by following regulations and conducting checks. The officer may assist in product development, train staff, and liaise with suppliers. Skills required include attention to detail, knowledge of food safety regulations, communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
