Job Description
• Identified problems and services by listening to customers’ descriptions of symptoms, clarifying the description of problems.
• Contacted fleet management companies for authorization to start work or obtain repair estimates.
• Prepared Job Cards detailing symptoms, problems, repairs needed, and obtained necessary approvals.
• Assisted in work scheduling and allocation to technicians, maintaining customer relations.
• Provided honest and efficient customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Scheduled and managed clientele in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines.
• Conducted follow-up calls, answered technical queries, and coordinated parts ordering.
