Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new employer partnerships for international internship programs across various global locations.
- Foster relationships with existing partners while actively seeking opportunities for expansion.
- Provide support to interns and employers throughout the hiring process.
- Address inquiries and ensure smooth communication between all parties involved.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in a dual-sided marketplace environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to international program locations.
- Self-motivated and adaptable team player with a proactive approach.
