Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join us as a Paraplanning Team Lead for one of our clients. If you have a passion for financial planning and leading teams, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of paraplanners, providing guidance and support for their success.
- Develop and review complex financial plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Enhance paraplanning processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Conduct training sessions and support team skill development.
- Collaborate with advisors and clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Perform quality checks on financial plans to meet company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in paraplanning with leadership skills.
- Knowledge of financial planning software (X Plan) and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
