Job Description
The Job:
- Act as transaction counsel on equity and debt financing, secured transactions, and other legal matters.
- Review, draft, and negotiate policies and procedures related to product offerings and bank regulations.
- Manage third-party vendors, conduct risk and due diligence assessments, and assist with reporting.
- Participate in employee engagement activities to promote team welfare and a positive work environment.
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field from a recognized university.
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate transactions, commercial banking, or related legal work.
- Efficient at multitasking while maintaining organization.
- Proficient in Excel and possesses strong foundational math skills.
