Role Description
The Tour Executive manages outbound tour operations, from inquiries to itinerary design, supplier coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and requests from clients.
- Design travel itineraries based on client preferences.
- Coordinate with local suppliers and manage bookings.
- Ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.
- Provide detailed destination information to clients.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of tourism trends and manage tour budgets efficiently.
- Assist in marketing inbound tour packages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in travel software and Microsoft Office.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
