Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative (Remote)

Job Type: Full time

Salary Per Month: 500 LKR (Incl Internet allowance)

Job Description: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to generate sales, provide product information, and build customer relationships. Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth through proactive sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Maintain customer relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Outbound Sales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and persevere through challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• High school diploma; BS/BA in business or relevant field is a plus.
