Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Pilgrimage Travel Consultant located in Nugegoda. Responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, making reservations, and offering travel consulting services.
Responsibilities
-Research for religious events & destinations
-Prepare promotional materials and sell pilgrimage tour packages
-Resolve issues, handle complaints, and reach revenue targets.
