We are hiring for the position of Operations Manager (Retail) at InTalent Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise security personnel and janitorial staff to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Identify and implement strategies to drive footfall and increase sales opportunities.
• Implement cost-reduction measures to optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure the safety and security of the mall and implement emergency response.
• Plan and promote events, engage in active leasing, and create promotional activities to attract visitors and boost revenue.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10-15 years of experience in Property/Retail or facilities management.
• Proven experience in operations management with a track record of improving operational performance.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
