Job Description
The candidate should be professionally qualified in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering and is expected to manage the overall operations of the factory.
Duties will include –
- Overseeing factory operations & achieving organizational goals while adhering to EHS, QMS & Statutory norms.
- Initiating measures for delivering desired output, enhancing production capacity, and productivity.
- Driving quality performance by identifying trends and implementing preventative actions.
- Managing outsourced manufacturing functions and inbound/outbound distribution.
- Ensuring sufficient stocks availability to meet organizational objectives.
- Minimizing repair & maintenance costs, safeguarding assets, and good housekeeping.
- Coordinating with the central project team for modification, expansion, & new projects in the factory.
Qualification & Experience:
– BSc. in Mechanical Engineering with 8-12 years’ experience in Factory Operations Management.
– Previous experience in Manufacturing Operations in a BOI Zone preferred.
– Candidates with experience in Coating or FMCG Industry desired.
– Hands-on experience in ERP Systems required, exposure to SAP S4 HANA preferred.
