To oversee the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process for Medical Insurance Billing for Doctors and Hospitals in the US. Responsibilities include improving operational processes, contributing to organizational planning, overseeing financial management, and leading the team to operational excellence. Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the KPO/BPO sector with RCM background, strong analytical and communication skills, and leadership abilities.
