Job Description
A Leading Company based in Colombo is looking for a Manager – Operations.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Minimum 10 years of experience including 4 years in Management Level (RCM experience preferred)
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office – Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good people management skills and a team player
- Commitment to high ethical standards
- Proven ability to work effectively with physicians and senior management
- Experience in Athena (Practices Management) software is a plus
