Job Description
We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all incoming calls related to bookings and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries regarding band bookings
- Coordinate with suppliers for routine tasks and ensure timely delivery of services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to band activities
- Assist in planning and executing band performances and events
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication in both English and Sinhala
- Proficient in using computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- A passion for music and the entertainment industry is a plus
