Job Description
The Group Manager – Operations oversees operational activities of multiple hospitality properties. Responsibilities include ensuring performance, guest satisfaction, and budget adherence. Leading property managers, driving initiatives, and implementing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and standards across multiple properties.
- Prepare budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures.
- Lead property managers through reviews and training to ensure satisfaction.
- Address guest issues promptly and maintain safety standards and regulations.
- Develop long-term operational strategies and efficiency improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of hospitality operations experience, with 3+ years in multi-property management.
- Proven track record in improving efficiency and satisfaction.
