Role Description
This is a full-time Operations Manager role at Defend Guard Security Service. The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the security service. Responsibilities include managing security personnel, scheduling and assigning duties, monitoring security procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work taking place at our location in Galle, but with flexibility for some remote work.
