WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TALENTED, COMPETENT TEAM WORKER FOR THE POSITION OF OPERATIONS MANAGER / AREA MANAGER IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overall outlet operations, business planning, increasing guest traffic, enhancing margins, and more.
- Meeting financial objectives, developing strategies to improve sales, and monitoring financial controls.
- Maintaining operation standards, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously enhancing professional and technical knowledge in the industry.
SKILL PROFILE:
- Young, energetic, performance-driven individual with team management experience.
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Management.
- 3-5 years’ experience as an Operations Manager or Area Manager in Hospitality.
- Innovative, dynamic, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical mindset.
