Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an Operations Manager with a strong background in agriculture and machinery used in farming. This role involves managing operations related to harvest machinery, coordinating marketing campaigns, and building relationships with farmers. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in agriculture machinery, knowledge of invoicing and order fulfillment, and skills to promote and introduce machines to farmers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations for agricultural machinery used in pre-harvest and harvesting activities, ensuring efficient processes.
• Conduct marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase awareness and sales of agricultural machinery.
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers, introducing them to the benefits and uses of harvesting machines, vehicles, and parts.
• Manage invoicing and follow-up processes to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends in the agriculture sector and provide insights to improve product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the agriculture sector, preferably with exposure to farm machinery.
• Knowledge of harvesting machinery, agricultural vehicles, and related parts.
• Strong marketing and promotional skills, with experience conducting campaigns in the agriculture sector.
• Proficiency in invoicing and operational follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with farmers and promote machinery effectively.
