- Work directly with the CEO to manage and grow sales and operations.
- Work with logistics partners for seamless delivery operations.
- Work with the Kitchen team for seamless back-end operations.
- Work with the Customer Service team for seamless front-end operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs.
- Create a weekly production schedule and enforce inventory control.
Qualifications
- 5+ years operations experience with delivery/e-commerce/manufacturing.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Fluent in English & Sinhala.
- Strong sense of time management and ability to handle pressure & multitask.
- Results-oriented and process-driven, with high expectations of self and team.
- Working knowledge of Excel/Sheets.
- Able to commute to and from work (Colombo 03).
