Join our dynamic team at Thema Collection as an Operations Executive/Coordinator and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations across our esteemed properties.

Reporting directly to the CEO you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations with the Operations Manager to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various departments, including procurement and accounts, to streamline processes.
• Assist in implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to uphold our reputation for exceptional service.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards throughout the properties.
• Follow up on various operational needs of every property.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotel operations or related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hotel management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
