Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks.
- Oversee shipping, clearance, and logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations.
- Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operational management, with a focus on shipping and clearance.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
