Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage air and sea freight forwarding operations.
Liaise with clients, factories, and relevant external parties to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs clearance forms.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Resolve operational issues efficiently while maintaining client satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and other logistics partners.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in sea and air freight forwarding operations.
Proficiency in logistics coordination and supply chain management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with freight documentation and customs procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
