Job Description
Role Description:
Operations Executive, responsible for coordinating operations related to customer/account management. Ensure smooth invoicing and business processes.
Reporting to: Chief Customer Officer
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create customer invoices promptly.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for efficient invoicing and VAT management.
- Accurately enter data into the accounting system and manage debtors efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or part qualification in CASL/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience and exposure to ERP systems.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, process-oriented, and customer service-focused.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle challenging situations calmly.
