Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes are running smoothly and that productivity and quality standards are met.
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, including developing and implementing new processes.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A degree or part professional qualification in a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a related field.
• Excellent command in English language, both verbal and written.
• Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil would be an added advantage.
• Organized, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
