Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive in Borelesgamuwa. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing projects, analyzing data, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. They will play a key role in optimizing operational processes and driving business efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Business / Operations Management or Engineering
- 2 or more years of proven success in an operation role
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
- Excellent command of English
- Working knowledge of business productivity software, accounting software, HRIS, and an aptitude for learning new applications.
