Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support scheduled upgrades and improvement activities
- Assist in crisis situations for major incidents
- Provide detailed Root Cause Analysis for incident solutions
- Collaborate on execution of tests and traces
- Propose measures for system performance improvements
- Recommend software updates and patches
- Assist in planning and executing upgrade activities
- Update all documentation and maintain reporting interface
- Provide internal trainings
Requirements:
- BSc Degree in IT, Telecommunication or Software Engineering
- 1-2 years of Operations experience, telecommunication experience preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
- Customer front-ending experience in technical support
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications domain
- Familiarity with IVR systems, communication protocols, databases, and Linux
- Ability to provide 24/7 support
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
